We draft and prepare Court of Appeals Briefs and where applicable, the Record on Appeal, for litigants who want to represent themselves pro se in a civil lawsuit.
If you have not filed your Notice of Appeal, we will draft and prepare the Notice for you.
All Appellate Briefs contain case law, and where applicable, State Court Statutes. We do not charge extra fees for legal research. In order for us to draft and prepare court of appeals briefs, we require a copy of the Record on Appeal.
We charge a flat rate for all Court of Appeals preparation.
